インサイトプログラムのご使用条件

「プログラム」を使用する前にこの使用条件をお読みください。株式会社インサイト(以下インサイト)は、お客様がこの使用条件に同意された場合にのみ、個人利用・社内利用・営利目的・非営利目的を問わず、「プログラム」の自由な使用を許諾します。お客様が「プログラム」を使用されると、以下の条件に同意したものとみなします。この使用条件にご同意いただけない場合は、お客様により、ただちに「プログラム」を再使用不可能な状態で廃棄してください。

1.お客様は、「プログラム」に関する著作権がインサイトに帰属することを確認します。
2.お客様は、「プログラム」をインサイトの書面による許可無く譲渡、転貸できません。
3.お客様は、「プログラム」を自己使用目的のために、自己のハードウェアにインストールする場合を除き、「プログラム」の一部又は全部を複製することはできません。
4.お客様は、「プログラム」を翻案、改変できません。
5.お客様は、「プログラム」をリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、又は逆アセンブルすることはできません。
6.インサイトは「プログラム」の使用に関して、品質、性能を保証するものではありません。インサイトは「プログラム」および「プログラム」に対する技術的サポートがある場合にはその技術的サポートについて、第三者の権利の不侵害の保証、商品性の保証、特定目的適合性の保証および法律上の瑕疵担保責任を含むすべての明示もしくは黙示の保証責任を負わないものとします。
7.インサイトは、逸失利益を含むいかなる直接または間接の損害についても責任を負いません。
8.お客様は、「プログラム」を通常兵器、核兵器、生物・化学兵器及びミサイルの開発・製造のために使用してはなりません。
9.お客様がこの使用条件に違反した場合には、インサイトはお客様の「プログラム」の使用を終了させることができるものとします。
10.お客様は、「プログラム」を輸出してはいけません。
11.「プログラム」をインターネットにつないだ状態で使用すると、起動時に、コンピュータのネットワークカードの固有番号(MACアドレスと呼びます)を株式会社インサイトの指定されたサーバーに送信します。MACアドレスごとに製品名、バージョン名、ビルドNo.、利用開始日、最近の利用日、累積利用回数およびグローバルIPアドレスを記録させて頂いておりますことをご了解ください。この情報は製品改良と顧客満足度向上の目的でインサイト社内用に担当者が用いるだけであり、それ以外には一切使用も提供も致しません。

12.「プログラム」には、Apacheプロジェクトの成果物の一部が含まれています。

THIS IS A TRANSLATION FROM THE ORIGINAL LICENSE AGREEMENT WRITTEN IN JAPANESE AND IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR REFERENCE ONLY. TO BE EXACT, PLEASE REFER TO THE OGIRINAL LICENSE AGREEMENT IN license.txt

READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PROGRAM. INSIGHT WILL LICENSE "FREE" USE OF THE PROGRAM TO YOU WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF COMMERCIAL, NON-COMMERCIAL, IN-HOUSE, OR PERSONAL USE ONLY IF YOU FIRST ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY USING THE PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PROPMTLY DISPOSE THE PROGRAM AFTER DISABLING ITS FUNCTIONALITY.
